FAQs

About the Programme

The CFO programme provides valuable insights and sharp-focused knowledge enhancement in the finance sector. The programme will prepare the learners to embrace the vibrant Indian economy and stay ahead of technological disruptions, navigate regulatory and policy changes and harness the potential for financial inclusion.

The programme is tailored to empower professionals in their career journey, from CFOs, high-potential executives transitioning to a CFO role, seasoned professionals in finance, or mid-career finance experts looking to propel their financial capabilities.

ISB Executive Education seeks participants with high intellectual rigour and intent to learn to complete the programme.

Learners are evaluated throughout the programme through various activities such as in-video assessments, weekly/bi-weekly assignments, case-based assignments, capstone projects, and mid-term and end-term evaluations.

Participants will benefit by attending all videos and sessions of this programme. They will qualify for successful completion only after fulfilling the attendance and programme evaluation criteria.

A special discount offer exists only for a minimum of five nominations. A discount of up to 10% on the programme fee may be offered for bulk nominations of 5 participants or more from a single corporation. However, the extent of the discount will be determined on a case-to-case basis.

The programme design is well balanced between the day-to-day commitments of the participants and what is expected of executives in a CFO role. The curriculum includes synchronous and asynchronous learning through Case Studies, Working Sessions, and Masterclasses. Our masterclasses from marquee CXOs will help participants relate to the day-to-day functioning of the CFO office under different contexts through a different lens.

          Eligibility

The minimum education qualification for candidates to apply for this programme is a UG Qualification—either Diploma (10+2+3) or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (10+2+3) or (10+2+4).

Candidates with two years of Master's Degree or equivalent from a recognised University (such as UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU, State Government, etc.) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks are preferred.

Candidates require a minimum of 10 years of work experience post-completion of the qualifying education mentioned above.

Admission to this programme involves a rigorous review of the participant's resume and statement of purpose by the ISB Executive Education Admissions team. Only participants with demonstrated fast-track career progression and high learning intent required for CFO roles will be admitted into this programme.

Selection is by invitation only and on a rolling basis. We generally overbook our batches. In case of an overbooked batch size, applicants in earlier selection rounds who have received their provision offer letters and paid registration fees to block their seats will be preferred over applicants from later selection rounds.

              Fees

The programme fee has been split into a standardised instalment schedule to facilitate ease of payments for participants.
